Recruitment Process

Phone interview (you will have an initial phone screen with a team member from people & culture))
In-person interview (with the team leader & people & culture, questions cover your experience, qualifications, values and motivational and cultural fit for the organisation)

Remuneration & Career Growth

Gross salary range for graduate and early talent roles ( $77,000 package )
Other benefits - KPI bonuses, allowances, loyalty leave, half day Friday's, reward dollars
